Analysis of the management system

The analysis of the management system is aimed to identify the weaknesses of the system as well as the areas that may be further improved. The basic tool employed during such analysis is the audit.

Talks with employees assigned to particular tasks, with customers and suppliers of the processes, analysis of the records, observation and our own several years experience are the foundation upon which our analysis relies.

The analysis of the management system may be carried out in terms of:

  • process optimization
  • implementation of the customer specific requirements
  • improvement of the process efficiency and effectiveness
  • any other subject indicated by the customer
