Modern Painting Line in Italy

The new modern painting line in Italy is another project that meets the highest technological and production standards. A key challenge in this implementation was not only the low number of produced parts but also the need for exceptional process flexibility, allowing for quick adaptation to various production requirements.

As part of the project, plastic parts are coated with 3 or 4 layers, ensuring high quality and durability of the coating. The total area of the line is 600 m², while the maximum dimensions of the painted surface are 2100 x 800 x h 1400 mm.

In this project, the primer, basecoat, and clearcoat are all applied in the same spray booth, allowing for efficient use of space and reduced cycle time. Additionally, to ensure the highest quality and compliance with environmental requirements, two flash-off lines with precise temperature and humidity control have been installed for waterborne materials. Moreover, a polymerization drying system has been implemented for the clearcoat, ensuring optimal curing and long-lasting durability of the final coating.

Thanks to this advanced setup, the painting line in Italy stands out not only for its high quality and efficiency but also for its full flexibility in adapting to evolving market needs.
