PAINTING

Industrial painting is increasingly used as a surface finishing technology because it provides both enhanced protection and improved aesthetic value for various products. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in ensuring durability and quality across many industries.

Quality, precision, efficiency – painting lines tailored to your needs.

Market growth not only means a wider choice for the end user but also increasingly higher demands for quality and price optimization. For this reason, our company responds to these challenges by offering personalized services focused on painting efficiency and effectiveness.

Our Resources:

Expert knowledge, extensive experience, and strong commitment, combined with partnerships with renowned and trusted manufacturers of painting equipment, enable us to successfully execute every project to meet customer expectations.

During projects involving the construction of a new painting line or the modernization of an existing one, we strive not only to meet the fundamental requirements but also to suggest solutions to our clients that focus on:

  • Increasing process efficiency
  • Minimizing operating costs
  • Improving the quality of painted parts
  • Reducing costs resulting from poor quality (lowering the number of defects and waste)
  • Enhancing workplace safety and ergonomics
  • Strengthening the positive environmental impact and reducing the negative effects

As part of our operations, broadly referred to as painting, we provide the following services:

Design and construction of painting lines

We typically design painting lines in several key phases:

  • Conducting a needs and feasibility analysis regarding the construction of the paint shop.
  • Preparing a layout proposal based on the client's specified requirements, such as space, efficiency, etc.
  • Presenting cost reduction and efficiency improvement proposals.
  • Project execution – construction work, assembly, and integration of all equipment, including robots and conveyors.
  • Commissioning and calibration of all equipment.
  • Startup of the paint shop – system acceptance and final installation approval.
  • If required, we also handle robot programming, including defining painting programs.
  • Employee training.
  • Support during the homologation process and production launch.

What truly sets us apart in the market is our ability to provide optimal solutions that ensure high-quality painting processes while maintaining appropriate investment costs and low operational expenses.

In addition to projects for complete painting lines, we also design and manufacture selected installation components, such as washers, ovens, and spray booths.

Optimization of the painting process to improve workflow organization.

This includes improvements to painting programs and the reduction of paint defects.

To determine the possibilities for optimizing the painting process, we first assess its current status. We begin by reviewing process data, observing production and maintenance operations, and speaking with employees. After the analysis, we define preliminary assumptions regarding the level of process optimization and the direction of improvements. The offer we prepare highlights areas with the greatest potential for improvement, along with justifications and expected savings. Together with the client, we establish the details of the collaboration framework.

In the following stages, we carry out activities according to the agreed plan. We assume regular reporting of results and presenting the next steps.

  • Increasing line availability,
  • Reducing the number of defective parts,
  • Improving painting programs,
  • Reducing production costs,
  • Shortening the production cycle.

Modernization of existing painting lines

The modernization of existing painting lines can cover many areas, and we are ready to take on any challenge.

The most common adaptation work we encounter includes:

  • Integrating automated modules with existing installations – for example, installing robots to replace manual painting.
  • Introducing or modifying the paint dosing and mixing system.
  • Modifying the structural elements of the paint shop. Such changes are necessary when introducing a new product for painting. Sometimes, a new product requires additional process operations. One example of such a modification is adding a preheating booth before painting, which may be required due to a material change from ABS to PP in injection molding.
