Training

Training constitutes an integral part of every project.
When performing every project we share with workers the basic knowledge about the implemented changes, needed to perform their day-to-day duties.

The scope of the training depends on the category of the project and is agreed upon from time to time with Customer. Ordinarily it regards:

• basics of the system
• operation of the individual modules of the painting line, possible problem occurrence and methods of problem solving
• specific equipment
• basics regarding the painting process (e.g. the air flow, thermal balance)
• maintenance

However this service may be provided at the special request, irrespective of other projects.
